Private Health Association Ministry

A Private Health Association is a form of Private Membership Association in which men and woman collectively assert and stand upon their unalienable constitutionally secured perfect rights; their un-delegated/reserved authority; their pre-existing claim to absolute authority and control over the health of their own body, mind and spirit and rights (hereinafter collectively referred to simply as “rights”) developed under the laws of the United States made in pursuance of The Constitution for the United States of America, 1789 CE, as amended and ratified by passage of The Bill of Rights in 1791. To participate in activities of the ministry, members of the association agree to the contract as written in the Membership Agreement.

We are a non-denominational faith-based ministry formed under tax code § 508(c)(1)(a), as a tax exempt unincorporated organization. The tax exemption stems from the First Amendment and is not a government subsidy.
We believe in God, the Infinite Creator, Our Father as in the Divine Father. Religion as practiced in our ministry is faith, trust, and assurance in God and in the human soul. Religion is the experience of divinity in the consciousness of a moral and righteous human being. Faith reveals God in the soul. Our ministry helps support an individual's personal relationship with God and the vicissitudes of ethical conscience and moral consciousness; a harmonious co-ordination of knowledge, wisdom, faith, truth, and love, while nurturing mental tranquility and clarity, moral enlightenment, ethical intuition, God consciousness for a happy and healthy mortal life, and faith of the soul's eternal life.
